I personally love this hardwood saw so much. It made very nice clean cuts in "Hawaiian Koa." I recommend this for cabinet makers who use a lot of hardwood.

Juntaro Mitsukawa is the nationally-registered saw blacksmith in Miki-city, Japan. Mitsukawa belongs to a family of saw makers who started their trade over 80 years ago. Later generations of his family have been continually improving their secret techniques of Japanese saw making with outstanding craftsmanship. He is trying to preserve the traditional skills and techniques. His new hardwood saws with a thinner kerf cut wood like butter, stay sharp for a very long time, and are reshapenable or replaceable.
